Can sweet almond oil help?
Since almond oil is a natural anti-inflammatory and contains vitamin K which improves clotting it is a wonderful choice to help with dark and puffy eyes. It will also leave the delicate skin under your eyes soft and smooth because it also contains retinol and palmatic acid.
There are several ways you can use almond oil to help.
I prefer massaging a few drops of almond oil around my eyes before going to bed. Massaging helps increase circulation reducing the appearance of dark circles. I usually use just use almond oil but have tried adding an additional ingredient or 2 for additional benefits. Below are a few suggestions to try and see which option you like best.
Here are a few options for overnight treatments:

Another option which incorporates both almond oil and turmeric.
We love turmeric for it’s anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties and mixing it with Kusala Life’s almond oil can help with your dark circles. Mix enough almond oil with turmeric powder to make a paste. Pat paste around the dark circles and leave on until dry. Rinse with cool water and pat dry.
